Important Announcement

Please note that all payments for the conference registration fee must be made not later than the 18th April 2011.

All participants must present, upon registration, proof of their registration fee payment transfer or proof that a payment instruction for the registration fee was given by them or their institution.

In the exceptional case that registration fee payments will be made cash on site they will be charged with an additional 23% due to taxes.

 

 

Registration Fees:

(A) EACG Members: €250

(B) EACG Members (First speaker of accepted talk): €200

(C) Non EACG Members: €350

(D) Non EACG Members (First speaker of accepted talk): €300

(E) Accompanying persons: €150

All registration fees expect for accompanying persons include: conference bag, abstracts booklet, coffee breaks, excursion, welcoming reception, lunches and dinners on Friday and Saturday and excursion of Sunday, access to all the conference sessions. No refunds for non-using any of the above.

Accompanying persons are entitling to the meals mentioned above, the excursions and transfer to restaurants.
